[БЗМП] Барнаульский завод механических прессов.

Имею выписку об акциях БЗМП. Раньше постоянно приходили письма с завода с просьбой продать акции. Но дивидендов не было ни разу (по решению совета). сейчас письма перестали приходить. Подскажите пожалуйста, могу ли я продать данные акции или получать с них дивиденды?

На официальном сайте www.bzmp.ru скачал отчет за 2011 год, из которого следует, что все 100% акций у главы совета Ферапонтов С.Г, а как же наши

Полагаю, что отчёт не врёт. Если сказано, что 100% акций у Ферапонтова Сергея Геральдовича - значит, так и есть. Скорее всего, вы свои акции продали Сергею Геральдовичу. Если до этого он имел не менее 95% акций, то по действующей редакции закона "Об акционерных обществах" ваше согласие на сделку не требуется. Основной акционер просто выкупает оставшиеся акции по справедливой цене.

Вам надо бы как-то связаться с предприятием, чтобы узнать судьбу своих акций. Если моё предположение верно, то можно получить немного денег.
